Elmer's journey in the entertainment industry began in July 2012 when he joined Abrams Artists Agency as an Agent Assistant. During his three-year tenure, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in talent representation. In July 2015, Elmer joined Avalon Artists Group as a Talent Agent, where he continues to excel in his role to this day.
Prior to his career in talent representation, Elmer pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Communications from 2008 to 2012. Before attending the university, Elmer completed his high school education at Santa Monica High School from 2005 to 2008.
